Garbanzo Bean Dip

  • Prep Time: 10 Minutes (Total Time: 1 Hour 10 Minutes)
  • Serving Size: 13
  • 1 can (15 oz.) Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans), Undrained
  • 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP FREE Nonfat Dressing
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • DRAIN beans, reserving 2 Tbsp. of the liquid. Place beans and reserved liquid in food processor or blender container; cover. Process until smooth.

    ADD remaining ingredients; cover. Process until well blended.Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips.
