DRAIN beans, reserving 2 Tbsp. of the liquid. Place beans and reserved liquid in food processor or blender container; cover. Process until smooth.
ADD remaining ingredients; cover. Process until well blended.Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips.
